Our selected carriers within Canada deliver on business days only, excluding holidays.
All orders will be shipped in either heavy-duty plastic bags, or corrugated boxes.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you once the item’s availability has been confirmed. All order confirmations will be processed during office hours (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST). Any emails/orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered the next business day.
We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. In the event that the item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove the unavailable item from your order and you will not be charged for that item.
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us at epicmensweb@gmail.com for assistance. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.
Timing of Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 2 business days to process and up to 7 days for delivery. If you would like to expedite your delivery, please email epicmensweb@gmail.com for rates and details.
We value our customers tremendously and we are committed to doing our very best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time, however we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions etc. that may result in a delay of arrival for your order.

Shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the location.
